We understand the fees we charge have a direct impact on you and your business, so here's a quick explanation as to what we charge, how we calculate it and why we feel this is the most beneficial fee system for your business and ours, and will ensure a mutually profitable long term business relationship.
The marketing industry typically offer 4 philosophical approaches to marketing consulting fees:

Hourly or Daily Rates (Per-Diem)
We, (Your Consultants), set either an hourly or daily rate, and you, (our Client) pay for the amount of time you need.
We feel this doesn't really serve you very well at all, and here's why...
Typically you, feel motivated to have the least amount of contact with us, to keep your overall costs down, while we, are potentially rewarded for any business inefficiencies, which we don't feel is best practice. |

Retainer Arrangements* We, (Your Consultants), discuss and agree with you, (our Client) a set amount of regular payments, paid over a pre-specified period of time. (Min. 6 months). During which we strive to over-deliver on the value you receive each month, so you realise the benefit of continuing to work with us on an ongoing basis.
In our experience, this arrangement is the perfect solution for you if you're looking for the highest possible Return on your Marketing Investment in the shortest timescale possible. |

Project Billing* We, (Your Consultants), discuss and agree your, (our Client's) needs in advance, and the associated value we feel we could create in your business. Then we determine the time investment needed to achieve this value and denominate your level of investment to work with us on each project.
All of the elements included within your project are agreed at outset, and we Guarantee that your fee will cover all the time investment needed to carry out the project as outlined.
The reason we have found this to be a fair solution for you is, you only ever pay for the work carried out instead of an hourly fee, and we are incentivised to work efficiently to complete your project in a timely manner. |

Performance Related We regularly offer this fee structure, though only to existing Clients, who have businesses that we are familiar with, who know and understand the way we work, and have systems in place to allow for our detailed auditing requirements. |
